Program Summary

Pre-work screening examinations are designed to objectively test the identified essential duties and critical demands of any specific job.

By matching the specific requirements for the job with a complementary evaluation of an individual’s abilities, you are able to make sure your new hires are literally the best fit for the positions you’re trying to fill.

Physical Abilities Testing Empowers Decisions

Our objective, measurement-based physical abilities testing helps you make the right decisions about new hires and their ability to perform. We can even coordinate with other providers to design medical screenings, hearing tests and drug testing. With our comprehensive testing solutions, you can expect to:

  • Reduce injuries and associated losses
  • Establish pre-hire physical baselines
  • Increase productivity
  • Decrease staff turnover
  • Determine matches between workers’ abilities and required physical demands of jobs
