Important Notice to Patients Regarding the Mask Mandate
    On 6/30/21 Governor Inslee and the Department of Health issued a statewide order regarding face coverings. Per the order and following recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) masks must continue to be worn in health care settings.
    In compliance with this order, all Summit staff, patients, and visitors will be required to wear masks while in our clinics.
