Insurance Billing

We will bill your insurance directly for covered services. Please note that you are responsible for any costs not covered by your plan, including:

• Deductible – The amount you must pay before insurance begins covering costs.

• Copayment – A set amount due at each visit.

• Coinsurance – A percentage of costs you are responsible for after your deductible is met.

• Non-covered services – Services your plan does not pay for.

We recommend contacting your insurance company before your first visit to confirm your coverage and therapy benefits.

Payments

• Copayments are due at the time of each visit.

• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

• Statements can be paid in person, by mail, or online for your convenience.

Insurance or Provider Changes

Please notify us immediately if your insurance, primary care provider, or specialist changes. Delays in updating this information can result in billing issues or appointment rescheduling.

Visit Limits

Some insurance plans limit the number of therapy visits you receive each year.
If you are also receiving services from other providers (such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic, or massage therapy), please let us know. Multiple same-day visits at different clinics can cause billing conflicts and possible claim denials.
