Julie was born and raised in Spokane, WA. She attended Eastern Washington University where she obtained her bachelors in Exercise Science then proceeded to SFCC where she then became a licensed physical therapist assistant in 2008. She became a certified strength and conditioning specialist in 2017. Her main focus has been in the orthopedic setting with a focus in acute injuries, sports rehabilitation, and injured workers along with neurological impairments. She enjoys working with all age groups and helping people get back to the activities they love to do.

Personal Interests

In her spare time, she enjoys competing in Ironman triathlons and is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly baseball. She can also be seen most weekends cheering on her 2 boys in their sporting events.
